Dr Armstrong and his team are awesome, from the friendly front desk team to the hygienests, to Dr Armstrong. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. They explain things and being a young adult there is NO pain ever and I have been coming for years and I am now 18! I recommend everyone come to DR Armstrong, he's awesome!

EXCELLENT CARE AND SERVICE

All 4 of my boys have been seeing Dr. Armstrong for more than a year now and we are all very pleased with the care they are receiving! In addition, as a busy mom, I love the e-mail reminders for their appointments, as well as the play room that helps entertain the boys while they're waiting for their brothers!! I also love how the hygienist's always greet my kids with a smile and make them feel so welcome!

The service is as good as it could possibly be

The reason I didn't put exceeded my expectations is because the service is as good as it could possibly be. There is no way you can make your service better. It is the greatest now.

What took me so long??

I have been thinking about transferring to a dental office who could understand and support my dental fear! I have finally found my dream office. I used nitrous oxide for my cleaning and plan to continue all of my care with Dr. Armstrong and staff. I am even hoping my dental fears will subside with time! Oh why did I wait to make the change??

Next year will mark my 30th year that i have been going to Dr. Armstrong, could not conceive of seeing another Dentist. He is funny, compassionate and makes you feel like you have just walked into his home. Thank you, Dr. Armstrong for being Awesome.

Wow!

I was reluctant to change my dentist of 14 years however, when I came to Dr. Armstrong’s practice my apprehensions disappeared. My positive experience started with the initial phone call. The receptionist was pleasant, thorough, and took the time to make sure my needs were met. When I came to my appointment I was welcomed as if I were a V.I.P. I was greeted with sincerity and was immediately taken to the examination room. The dental hygienist was extremely professional & was so knowledgeable at first I thought she was my dentist. I was also extremely impressed with the support services the hygienist had to record my exam findings. Overall, bravo to the practice of Dr. Armstrong. I was royally knocked off my feet!

Will Travel for Teeth!

I am the type that gets very anxious when heading to the Dentist office. The smells and sounds relate to not so pleasant visits to the dentist which have previously been all I have experienced. This how ever is not the case anymore!From the moment that I walked into Dr. Armstrong's Office I felt like I was entering an elegant hotel lobby. The staff greeted me politely and I was soon whisked away to begin my check up. The Hygienist made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She worked at a great pace that was both efficient and thorough. Dr. Armstrong saw me and explained my case with terminology that I could explain and set up a great treatment plan that was both easy to understand and follow. He even called me kiddo.:) All of the staff worked hard to make my visit a pleasant and convenient one. It really felt that the staff was solely there to take care of just me, making sure I was comfortable and abreast of what was going on with my case. I have heard stories of patients traveling long distances to see their dentist or doctors. As a recent college graduate, and not sure where life is going to take me, I can now say that I will be one of those patients! I will travel across the country if I have too, to have Dr. Armstrong and his AMAZING team care for my teeth.:D

Dr. Armstrong was not my dentist - he is now!

Dr. Armstrong was not my dentist; he is now!
I needed emergency treatment; a tooth had cracked away from and exposing one side of an amalgam filling. A friend recommended Dr. Armstrong.
Dr. Armstrong saw us within two days, examined the situation, and recommended that the tooth needed a crown, and he also recommended preventative measures, including replacing several amalgam fillings that were failing.
I decided that prevention is better than catastrophic failure, so we proceeded.
Two long apointments with adequate sedation that I felt no pain, and my mouth was in tip-top shape save for the crown which will take several weeks to arrive, and an implant of a post for a tooth that I lost several years ago.
Dr. Armstrong runs a practice that is comfortable to deal with and that instills a feeling of confidence.

Comfortable, professional environment

Dr. Armstrong's staff is wonderful from the receptionists to the hygienists, the service is impeccable. They are extremely friendly and professional all while providing their dental services in a very comfortable environment. Armstrong Advanced Dental Concepts is a great experience. The receptionists are friendly and offer you water or coffee while you (it was a short wait)The Hygenist was friendly and explained everything she was doing. I will definately go back.

In today's world of competitive markets, as an individual I look for outstanding service and Dr. Armstrong and his staff exceeds my expectations. From the warm professional surroundings and modern decorum to their high tech in house services I know I will be comfortable during my visit. I also know that I have a highly skilled dentist and hygienists working on my smile. I've had prior dentist who have had to send my teeth impressions all the way across the country only to return broken (twice). It was when they charged me for an office visit when I was sick that I said no more!! That's when I found Dr. Armstrong and I've been with him for about 14 years now.

Having spent my life in a dentist's chair, I can safely say my experience over the last 6 years with Advanced Dental has been nothing short of amazing. Dr. Armstrong and his entire staff are consummate professionals - caring, kind, informative, patient and simply the best at what they do. I have had extensive work done over the last few years with the Advanced Dental team - root canals, replacement of all metal in old cavities and crowns - and veneers in my front teeth. Absolutely the best thing I have ever done for myself. The results are beyond astounding, and the high tech methods the team provide are surprising and cutting edge. Advanced Dental is THE only choice for all dental needs, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!
