We want you to feel as though you've walked into our home as a guest or perhaps into a very nice hotel.

Our talented team, each having their own areas of expertise, but blend together to give our patients a seamless visit from the greeting when you arrive, to leaving with your next appointment! We even send you home with a goody bag and a chocolate or a cookie OR TWO!
 

Robbyn, Office Manager
Robbyn is the Advanced dental concepts ambassador. Her first and most important job is to canoodle with all of our new and returning patients, making everyone feel safe and at home while in our practice. She is always available to answer questions and find solutions making sure you leave with a smile you'll want to share. Her dental experience spans coast to coast and her dental knowledge is cumulative over 30 years. If you want or need your dentistry done she can help make that happen for you!

Laureen
Laureen is a key member of our concierge team at Advanced Dental Concepts and has been with us for over five years. Known for her dependability, efficiency, and straightforward approach, she helps keep our front office running smoothly and ensures patients feel supported from the moment they walk through the door.
With many years of experience in scheduling and insurance claims, Laureen brings both expertise and clarity to what can often feel like complicated processes. Patients and team members alike appreciate her no-nonsense style paired with her genuine care.
Outside the office, Laureen is all about family and fun. She adores her five grandchildren and treasures every moment with them. She also loves to travel and is famous for her detailed trip itineraries—so much so, she could moonlight as a travel agent with all the destinations and highlights she plans. True to Maine living, she enjoys boating in the summer and snowmobiling in the winter—embracing every season to the fullest.
You won't see her photo here—Laureen is a bit elusive and not fond of being in front of the camera—so you'll just have to come in and meet her in person!
