Cindy R.D.H.
Cindy has been providing exceptional care to her patients for 3 decades! Cindy's love for her patients and pride in her ability shows in her beautiful smile. She is definitely a ray of sunshine here at Advanced Dental Concepts and we are lucky to have her positive attitude and eternal optimism as part of our team!

Cindy takes pride in helping her patients overcome dental fear. She builds a relationship with her patients and helps them achieve better dental health, and in turn, overall health.

As part of Dr. Armstrong's team, she strives to provide a comfortable environment that her patients can look forward to visiting. Come on in and see her! She probably already knows you! ( she seems to know everyone).

Stacie R.D.H.
Stacie is our practice goddess. Changing hats from Dental Hygienist (with over 3 decades experience), to our practice administrator, to marketing machine, to Dr. Armstrong's wife, to their son's mom -- she is a blur of action. Her main job, though, is to "help patients by making them feel special and significant because they are." At its heart, Armstrong Advanced is all about creating family, and you are warmly invited to join. In addition to being a registered dental hygienist, Stacie is licensed to give local anesthesia and administer Nitrous oxide.

Garrett R.D.H., B.S., E.FD.A.
Garrett treats his patients more like a therapist then a hygienist, delivering excellent, comfortable and compassionate dental care.

He is the head of our hygiene department and has a vast knowledge of everything related to dental hygiene.

Garrett is passionate about offering our patients products that are safe and pH balance.

In addition to being a Registered Dental Hygienist, Garrett is licensed to give local anesthesia and administer nitrous oxide. He is also an expanded function dental assistant and our resident jokester!

Emma RDH, BS
Emma started with Advanced Dental Concepts as a hygiene assistant while she was in hygiene school at UNE. She graduated from the University in 2015 with a bachelor’s of science in dental hygiene. We were so happy to have her stay on as a hygienist!

During her years at UNE, she worked with patients one on one within the Portland community helping to teach and maintain oral hygiene health. Since graduating from college and working as a hygienist in our office, she enjoys educating our patients on proper home are techniques and recommending the best products for each of her patient's individual needs. Emma says, " One of my favorite things about being in the dental field is seeing improvement in my patient's and helping them maintain a healthy smile for life"

Ashleigh RDH, BA
Ashleigh is the newest member to our hygiene team, although it feels like she's been with us for years! She knew she wanted to pursue dental hygiene as a young child. "I always love getting my teeth cleaned and learning about oral health. The health of our oral cavity has a significant impact on the overall health of our bodies and I have always been interested in educating patients on ways to improve and maintain their health "

Ashleigh graduated from the University of New Haven with a degree in dental hygiene. She has two years of clinical experience working in an elementary school, a Naval base, and a community health clinic. She recently completed an internship in Arizona providing dental hygiene services to the Navajo Indian reservation.
